The structure is up for this two level building in our backyard here in Orange, with roofing and cladding under way. Once the roof is on, then we're on to the internal fitout and the home stretch to project completion.

Two level projects like this are becoming increasingly popular in regional Australia: the cost of land means developers need to think hard about how they extract maximum value from their block. Often the best way to do it is with one large building instead of multiple smaller ones. What you lose in drive-ups you make up for with a more varied unit mix and substantially increased floor space.

Storco's safety bollards are a simple yet effective way to safeguard the high-traffic areas of your next self-storage facility from accidental vehicle damage.

They're most effective in front of PA doors, around building corners, and near loading docks to help improve site safety while protecting critical infrastructure and equipment. Available in high-visibility Safety Yellow and Mandarin Orange, they clearly identify protected zones and potential hazards.

Check out this new Storage King facility that has just opened in Beresfield.

Our construction team worked alongside -Projects to complete this facility and bring more self storage options to coastal NSW. This project was weeks of determination and construction, and in the end fell nothing short of outstanding.

The greenfields development is located in a high-traffic area just 35 minutes north of Newcastle off the New England Highway. The light industrial area offers easy access to major roads and local amenities.

The design was carefully considered to ensure the facility had a healthy unit mix, a very high lettable area, and took advantage of the local geography. Notably, this facility showcases external mancave units that have both roller doors and swing doors for easy access. At almost 5m high, these huge spaces offer plenty of storage options for recreational vehicles and trade materials.

The rain in the Central West hasn't stopped the progression of this upcoming Storage King.

This facility is located approximately 3 minutes from central Orange, allowing for easy access. Also surrounded by other industrial buildings, this facility couldn't be located any better.

We've partnered with Structor Projects Pty Ltd to create a new multilevel facility in Orange NSW. This project is a massive upgrade for Orange and will allow for more potential customers with an extra 340 units being available.

A brand-new facility is almost finished in Kalkie QLD.

We're proud to be delivering this extensive facility for Storage Warehouse in the mid-Queensland coast, just outside Bundaberg. The facility will include numerous storage buildings with 2400mm high external roller doors, easily suited to bulky storage and recreational vehicles.

This facility is due for completion mid-July and we're looking forward to seeing it added to the Storage Warehouse stable of facilities.

It's Biggest Morning Tea time once again!

The Storco team gathered this morning in a kitchen filled with delicious goodies to raise money for Cancer Council Australia. We've been proudly supporting this initiative for three years now - and not just because it gives certain team members the opportunity to flex their culinary talents.
