We are thrilled to announce that Construct360 was awarded Runner-Up for Construction on a Challenging Site at the MBA Excellence in Construction 2024 Awards!

Although we didn't close the title for Best Retail Building $1.5m - $5m, we are incredibly proud of our team's dedication and resilience in overcoming the unique challenges presented by this project. The competition this year was outstanding, and it's an honour to be recognised among such exceptional entries.

🚧 Project Milestone: Control Building Handover at Sanzone Bullsbrook Vibe Truck Stop 🚧

We are thrilled to announce the successful handover of the control building at the Sanzone Bullsbrook Vibe Truck Stop! This marks a significant milestone in our project, and we couldn't be prouder of the progress made.

What Was Accomplished:
• 🏗️ Structural Integrity: Ensured the control building's structural framework meets all safety and durability standards.
• 🏢 Internal Layout: Finalised the layout of the control room to optimise workflow and operational efficiency.
• 💡 Electrical Systems: Installed and tested all electrical systems, including lighting, power outlets, and essential control panels.
• 🚰 Plumbing: Completed the installation of all necessary plumbing fixtures and systems to support daily operations.
• ❄️ HVAC: Installed a state-of-the-art air conditioning system to maintain a comfortable working environment year-round.
• 🎨 Interior Finishing: Applied the final touches to the interior, including painting, flooring, and ceiling installations, to create a professional and welcoming environment.
• 🏠 External Rendering and Cladding: Finished the external rendering and cladding, providing a sleek and modern look that complements the overall design of the truck stop.

Next Steps:
• 🔜 The client will proceed with the signage and appliance installations to complete the setup.

From tender submission to practical completion, our team has been dedicated to delivering excellence at every stage of this project.

1. Site Possession: March 2024
2. Anticipated Practical Completion: August 2024

Progress Highlights:
Structural Development: From the excavation of footings to the er****on of structural steel, every step has been meticulously executed to ensure the durability and integrity of the facility.
Panel Construction: The assembly and installation of structural panels have significantly advanced, bringing the building's form to life.

And that’s a wrap of 2023 for THE C360 GROUP (Construct360 & Consult360).

THE C360 GROUP takes this opportunity in thanking all of its principal clients, suppliers and sub-contractors of the opportunities and the attributed effortless commitment in delivery of our projects during 2023, which has certainly been a challenging year that has been had.

The group has not only delivered some key essential and award winning community and education projects during 2023, it has also expanded into other industry aspects; and in addition are EXTREMELY proud to be able to demonstrate being an ‘Employer of Choice’, with a high staff retention and also further, that it’s current employment ratio being a whopping 70% female full time recruited personnel within the C360 Group!

C360 Group are delighted to advise that Construct360 have successfully handed over, on time, the OTR Fuel Station Project on Pier St, Perth.

Now fully operational!

C360 thanks all of its sub-contractors and suppliers for its efforts and assistance in getting this one over the line!

A well deserved Friday afternoon break for the C360 team to celebrate that success....

Another year passes and it’s that time for Telethon 2023!

The C360 Group are again proud sponsors of an event at this year’s Channel 7 Telethon 2023, held on the weekend of 21/10/2023 – 22/10/2023, Gary Howarth will be Solo Bike Riding non-stop for 6hrs’ for a very worthy cause.….that’s right, non-stop!

The team at C360 wish Gary and all the other participants all the best in their solo ride, we will be supporting them all!
