Installed the soffits to this relocatable/relocated federation style house. Required the completion and correction of some of the soffit framing. some of the old facia did not have the groove that the new facia had, we created the groove to keep the old and new looking the same.

After extending this Dam 12m, we cleared the water up with a flocking agent. Will be flocking the dam again when it is full next.

Colour concrete path done in sandstone.

Installed 3 roof vents to an old donger.
On removing the old cover I found rust and pinholes on the existing sheet metal. Rust converted and waterproofing before installing roof vent and new protection sheet over the rust damaged sheetmetal.

Another Happy Client. 18 Sqm of tiles down, floor had a 10mm dip in it and required ardit to level it up, dark patch on the floor. Always happy to do he smaller jobs that most tradies want. 25 years exp in carpentry and construction.
