Day 2 and the back of house is demolished ready to start re-levelling the only sub floor, new stump holes drilled ready for inspection and the old hardwood framing de-nailed and stacked ready for recycling. The boys are pushing hard and doing an awesome job to get this one as far along as we can before a well deserved Christmas break.

Melbourne Precision Builders are Seeking enthusiastic and hard working Qualified carpenters and First, Second or Third year Apprentice Carpenters, for immediate start, who are keen to start or continue a career within the construction industry. Our business undertakes all facets of carpentry including new builds (frame to hand over), cladding, renovations, building maintenance, insurance repairs, fencing, decking, cabinet making etc. The successful candidate must be conscientious, hard working, reliable and above all take pride in their own workmanship. Our work is undertaken across Metro Melbourne and into areas of regional Victoria - some travel will be involved. Our business is growing as is our client base. Above award wages will be paid to the successful applicant - including superannuation, holidays and sick leave.

The successful apprentice applicant must have the following:

· A driver’s licence and own vehicle.

· White Card.

· Own basic hand tools

· Be reliable and hard working.

· Punctual and willing to learn.

· Pre-apprenticeship is favoured.

· Able to do overtime when required.

Successful qualified applicants must have the following:

· A driver’s licence and own vehicle.

· White Card.

· Full tool kit to carry out required tasks

· Be reliable and hard working.

· Able to work independently as well as part of the team

· Able to do overtime when required.
