Tenby Point:

We were engaged to rectify a retaining wall that had been constructed 200mm below the specified 600mm height.

After the original contractor completed the wall at only 400mm and left the owners with non-compliant works, we were brought in to correct the issue properly and professionally.

Our scope included:
• Removal of existing sleepers
• On-site cutting and welding of post extensions in collaboration with
• Installation of new sleepers
• Correct packing and wedging of the Sleepers
• Installation of waterproof membrane
• Backfilling and thorough site clean-up

The project was completed to the required specification, with attention to structural integrity and finish.

Most importantly, the owners are extremely satisfied with the outcome.

When quality and compliance matter, it pays to have the right team on site.
