Weekly Review! ⭐🦈

The tenant has advised that the shower head is continuously slow dripping and that tightening both handles has not resolved the issue. Monster washers were installed however there was a large amount of the seat remaining. Monster washers were removed and disposed of and standard washers were installed again.

When was the last time you checked your hot water system? 🤔

This is what happens when a leaking tank gets left for two weeks. Rust, leaks, molds, and a much bigger bill than the replacement would’ve been. 💧

Most tanks last around 10 to 12 years. If yours is creeping past that, here’s your quick check:

✅ Find the compliance plate on the side for the manufacturer's date
✅ Look for rust or water pooling around the base
✅ Notice rusty or discolored hot water
✅ Listen for rumbling or popping when it heats

Ticking any of these? Get it looked at before it gives up on its own terms.
