This week we replaced a poorly built retaining wall that was ready to fall down any day now. We managed to recycle most of the existing sleepers, added brand new posts, stabilised the bank and prepped the posts for painting. Happy client = happy days.

Another wall project complete. This retaining wall sits at the front of the property, which meant that privacy was an important factor for the design. We constructed a half height (1.2m) fence from beautiful kwila timber and added a new stainless steel letterbox. A nice little facelift for this property in Alexandra Hills

As with any business, there are always going to be unexpected twists and turns along the way. We are moving to the Gold Coast and unfortunately can't take our beautiful nursery with us. We will definitely reopen our doors one day (soon hopefully) but for now, we are trusting that the universe has sent us this curveball for a reason. Here's to a massive 2019 ahead of us. We can't wait to see what we can achieve this year!!

And that's a wrap! What a huge year it's been! Thank you to all our lovely clients for trusting us with your landscaping and carpentry projects. It's been a delight starting my nursery and I've had a ball making all the custom- made gifts and pieces along with the markets we've attended. A huge thanks to my brother Isaac, for taking me under his wing and allowing me to return to study (Carpentry) to add another notch to the belt! Thanks to this crew for all the laughs and support. Now time for a well earned break and a few cold ones on the beach #2018
