NT Construction Solutions is seeking an Office/ Financial Administrator to join the team. The job will initially start as part time (3-4 days per week) with a view to full time. We require the services of a highly organised, motivated person who has the ability to manage all aspects of an office. Experience and proficiency utilising all functions of MYOB software is required. Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred but not essential. Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable
• Purchase Order maintenance
• Manage cash flow, ensuring vendors are paid to terms and customer debt is managed in line with agreed terms
• Payroll Inc. Superannuation, PAYG, Payroll Tax, Child Support
• Payment of BAS/IAS returns
• Reconciliations on a monthly basis
