Bulkhead Meets Multi. Fawkner Project Done Right.
A concealed bulkhead system plus four high-wall units — smart zoning, clean finishes and serious whole-home comfort.

A recently completed residential VRV project in Doncaster, delivering over 50kW of heating and cooling capacity across two independent VRV systems.

With a flat roof and extremely limited ceiling space, this installation demanded a completely tailored approach.

The finished system incorporates 5 mid-static ducted units and 3 bulkhead units, supported by custom-designed supply and return air transitions and purpose-built ductwork to work within the architecture of the home.

A significant amount of planning sits behind an installation like this — airflow, equipment placement and every available millimetre of ceiling space had to be considered.

The end result is exactly what we aim for: serious performance, seamlessly integrated into the home.

Heritage charm. Modern comfort.

This Moonee Ponds heritage home pushed us to think differently, with minimal ceiling space upstairs and an extremely tight underfloor cavity.

Our solution:

• 16kW Daikin ducted system
• 12.5kW Daikin underfloor ducted system
• AirTouch zoning with 8 independent zones
• Wireless temperature sensors for precise climate control throughout the home

A carefully designed system delivering year-round comfort while respecting the character and limitations of the property.

The best installations aren’t the biggest. They’re the ones engineered to fit perfectly.
