The face behind Land Carpentry and Constructions.

I run things a little differently, more like the old days, where you dealt with one person from start to finish. Someone who listens, understands your vision, and follows it through with hands-on work.

From the first email/ phone call right through to the final fit-off, I’m across it all. I do the quoting, reply to the emails, run the socials, meet you on-site, and build as much as I can myself. Aside from electrical, gas, and shower screens, everything else is done by me. That way, you know exactly who you’re dealing with and I know the quality is right every step of the way.

I’m incredibly fortunate to work alongside a group of skilled, reliable trades who help get the job done right. A big thank you to true professionals who take pride in their work and make my job easier.

My first spec home! Something really different to the last few tiny houses I’ve built for customers. A dark and cosy single level bnb style but with all the necessities for full time living!

I will be building one spec home a year along with custom build’s allowing me to explore different tiny house layouts and the chance for one lucky person to be able to get a quality tiny without the long wait times. It’s a win win.

Earlier this year I finished a custom 8.4mx2.5m tiny house and a 4mx3m transportable cabin to suit. The owners Tom and Mieke have done an absolutely amazing job making the two structures a home! Positioned on a beautiful property near Cooroy on the Sunshine Coast, Tom and Mieke have added a big patio deck area creating the perfect outdoor living space. Tiny house plans are now available! I’ve been getting loads of inquiries about floor plans for my personal tiny home, which is featured above. I’ve finally had the time to sit down and create a 9 page downloadable file that includes floor plans, elevation plans and material list. The website will be updated shortly to make it easier to purchase, but for now just send me a message or email. New builds on the way shortly!

New build! Back yard shed/granny flat. 3m wide x 6m long x 3.8m high with a 3x6m patio. Doors and windows are all reclaimed and sourced by owners. Decking timber is feature grade 135mm spotted gum. Onto the next project ✅
