Some before and after pics of another renovation on Balmoral Ridge. An old shed/garage that the owners wanted to turn into a granny flat or possibly Air B & B.
Upstairs was a pretty cool little loft that posed some light challenges . Added some velux roof windows a nd a large fixed panel to one end to take in the magnificent views. The floor was very old pine boards that had way too much character to get rid of so we did what we could and they came up a treat considering.
Downstairs added a kitchenette , dining and lounge with a nice deck out the back with brilliant views out to the coast. Check it out 😊👍

Large renovation job at Peachester.
Good job for another great client.
Works consisted of Replacing 2200m of timber decking including replacing some floor joists, bearers and posts and straightening it all out.
Removing and replacing 110m of timber handrail. On one section at the rear where its a half hexagonal feature area we changed to stainless wire handrail with a 140mm kwilla top for the see through look to enjoy the view.
New timber stairs and handrail to the front and new treads and handrail to the rear.
New laminated flooring and skirtings to all the living areas and the master bedroom.
Transformation of the old ensuite into a walk in robe and a refit of the existing robe to create his and hers.
New ensuite off the master bedroom.
Back blocking and reset of all the plaster joints in the ceilings throughout and a full repaint to the entire inside apart from a couple of rooms.
An upgrade of the front gable finished it all off.
Came up a treat

Transformation of a tired old deck and handrail. Upgrade to a nice new Kwilla deck and stainless wire handrail with 150mm kwilla top rail. Happy days
This was an existing frame so the angles on the corners weren't correct, hence the transition strip on the change of directions.
