Having a leaking roof can be a huge pain!

To fix this issue on our Rushcutters Bay job, we needed to remove the existing rubber membrane. We then installed a brand new PIRMAX Pty Ltd Panel system and applied ARDEX Group's torch-on membrane. The parapet walls were encapsulated with ARDEX WPM 310.

*CONCRETE CANCER* Ever heard of it?

Here’s some pictures from one of our recent jobs in Potts Point where concrete spalling was dislodged from the building’s concrete column structure.

To fix this issue, we had to access the building from scaffolding that reached to the eighth level of the building. We then removed the concrete spalling and excavated behind the corroded reobars.

Then, we treated the reobars with the Sika concrete repairs system using Sika Monotop 910N and the Sika Monotop 352NFG.

Check out these before and after shots from our recent project with ACOR Consultants in Kingsford!

Our team were tasked with waterproofing and tiling the balconies. We used ARDEX WPM 1000 and WPM 002 which we highly recommend. Soon, the team will move on to painting the facade and installing the new balustrade supplied by Railsafe.
