Tuesday Tip!

Exhaust fans/heaters in your bathrooms & ensuites need to be maintained. When you take of the external cover to give it a wash, remember to give the inside a good clean as this is where the dust will build up and when this happens the exhaust fan has to work harder and this then reduces the flow of air and possibly the motor will burn out.

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great week. Wow how cold is this wind today.
It is very important to make sure that your house is draft proof.
Does your front and back doors have weather seals around the door jamb and a draft seal on the bottom? This will certainly keep out the cold drafts.
