An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced and proactive Asset / Hire Co-Ordinator to join our team.
This fast-paced role is responsible for coordinating company assets and hire equipment to support efficient operations and outstanding customer service.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare hire contracts, machinery scheduling, reports and equipment returns
• Maintain accurate asset records and tracking 📋
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams 🤝
• Manage hire enquiries, bookings and issue resolution
• Prepare off-hire reports and charges
• Monitor asset utilisation and identify improvements 📈
• Provide operational support to the KLF team
👤 About You:
• Experience in asset management, logistics, hire coordination or similar
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems 💻
⭐ Desirable:
• Experience in construction, mining, industrial or equipment hire
• Knowledge of fleet or inventory systems
