The first of hopefully many with this client who frequently develops properties here in Perth. Nestled into the streets of Highgate, this concept is a phoenix for an existing apartment block gone wrong which needs to be torn down. This 250m² block has everything working against it, but we've pushed it to its absolute limits and managed to get a highly functional 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with lovely courtyard.

The next challenge is the battle with the City of Vincent and it's highly restrictive Built Form Policy. Wish us luck!

First post for 2026 is a recently completed render for our latest project in Shelley, with this home featuring concealed roof forms along with a striking, angled projecting roof to the upper floor, castellated timber panelling and painted brickwork for that little bit of texture to the façade.
