This is a job we took care of as a result of the storm of last year. Between commercial tenants a box gutter failed due to sheer amount of water and entered the property causing microbial and water damage to the carpets, walls, concrete, air-conditioners and networking equipment rack. Microbial affected items were thrown out and remaining structure and contents were thoroughly cleaned to remove hazardous contaminants leaving the property safe.

There is no sort of makesafe service we cant get done. Props, board ups and much more.

This bloke did a pretty fantastic makesafe himself before calling his insurance company when his patio folded itself back onto his roof in a severe weather event! It certainly was not easy to unscrew with those hex heads facing in towards the roof, so some carefully cuts needed to made to take it apart.i
