"We had James, Matthew and Dillon install a number of lighting in our house. James was recommended by Beacon lighting and we were very impressed with his attention to detail, reliability and professionalism. James installed according to the lighting plan designed by Beacon's lighting designer (it saved us a lot of stress as they communicated well together), he communicated clearly throughout the job with us and completed the work to a very high standard.
The team took the time to explain everything and left the work area clean and tidy. We had issues with a couple of faulty dimmers in the days after installation and they came out promptly to fix it. It was lovely to work with James who was honest, knowledgeable, understood our budget and delivered excellent service, going above and beyond.
