Building in the Hills isn't the same as building on a flat suburban block.
Slope. Granite. Bushfire ratings. Septic instead of scheme sewer. A driveway that a concrete truck has opinions about.
For a lot of builders, that list is a reason to quote high or walk away. For us it's just Tuesday.
We build ancillary dwellings right across Kalamunda, Mundaring, Roleystone, Gooseberry Hill, Lesmurdie, Carmel, Darlington and Glen Forrest — and every one of those areas has its own quirks. Middle Helena catchment rules in Gooseberry Hill. Heritage character in Darlington. Elevated BAL zones and granite outcrops through Roleystone.
Our steel frame and Colorbond system is genuinely well suited to bushfire-rated builds, which often means BAL compliance costs less than it would in brick and tile. Slope gets assessed on the first site visit and priced into the fixed contract — no surprise variations later for conditions we already knew about.
