Even though things may have been inactive lately through social media, i can assure things have been busy here at MDL - Modern Day Landscapes.

Thanks to a team of new contractors we are branching out into contracts & residential jobs as far north as Karratha, Western Australia & south to Margaret River, Western Australia, while still getting jobs done in Perth, Western Astralia.

Contracted Plumber for water mains cut in ✅
Combination of rigid & flexi steel edging ✅
Control box, master solenoid, valve boxes & solenoids adequate for 4 stations ✅
3 x lawn stations fitted with MP sprinklers ✅
1 x garden station fitted with micro sprays & netafin drip line ✅
Porcelain offset steppers ✅
Soil conditioners leveled throughout property ✅
Certified sir Walter Buffalo Turf front & backyard ✅
Southwest river stones for fire place area ✅
Native plant design & install for front yard ✅
Ornamental plant design & install for backyard ✅
Finished with pine bark mulch ✅

The combination of flavours gained by working closely with the client Levii & ensuring his partner Haley was happy every step of the way has made for a great finish. Extremely happy with the porcelain steppers, planting designs & smooth curves used to break up lawn & garden areas 👌

After getting through all the complications of cutting in on this previous job, the one today turned out properly & happened with ease ✅👌

Supply & install 35mm Silver back artificial turf 🦍✅
Dress crushed limestone watered down, compacted, leveled & swept over for front verge parking ✅
Retic repairs & sprinklers added for front garden ✅
Plant design, supply & install with pine bark mulch finishing the front yard nicely ✅✅

Retic install for 2 lawn stations in the backyard, equipped with arctic risers & MP rotators ✅

Here is a couple of limestone retaining walls repairs and installs, completed recently ⚒️

Clear & cut out limestone rocks from area, suitable to fit blocks ✅
Compacted cracker dust footing for the small wall ✅
70 blocks laid, pointed & cleaned ✅
Cleared large wall and chipped all mortar from recycled blocks ✅
Reinstated bases of wall & laid recycled blocks on top layer✅
Dig out & built staircase on compacted crushed blue metals ✅

No need for the gym when lifting 70kg blocks 💪
