•FEDERATION ST - MT HAWTHORN More of a restoration project minus the addition of a newly installed premium jarrah deck with matching stairs. These character homes give you a feeling that the new architecture build never will. Can’t beat them!

• SHENTON PARK - bathroom Reno. Keeping that character feel with this one!

•MOUNT HAWTHORN - master/laundry. Another great transformation on my mt hawthorn project, similar to the en-suite a lot more work went in to this Reno inc utilising the existing bedrooms wir to create a his and hers shower.

•MT HAWTHORN - ensuite. A lot more building works involved on this to my regular bathroom Reno’s, door way blocked and two seperate opening constructed to allow through flow to the wir and bedroom.
Happy with the outcome.

Big graft on this, probably the most physically demanding one of recent! Happy with the product though.
