Hi everyone,
We just wanted to address the silence over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, we experienced a major outage across our emails and CRM systems, which impacted our communications for almost a month.
While progress has been made, not all systems are fully up and running yet. We are continuing to work through the remaining issues as quickly as possible. We truly apologise to anyone affected and sorry for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your patience during this time.
