Some people call me racist because I don't like dealing with Indians. I'm not racist. The reason I feel this way is because I've had many bad experiences with Indian call centres and online support. Whenever I need help with something online in Australia, I often end up speaking to them, and I don't get the help I need.
Tonight they kept me on the phone for two hours to change my ticket. In the end, they told me they couldn't change it because there were no seats available, even though the app was showing that there was still a seat. Waiting two hours just to be told they couldn't do it is ridiculous.
I've also had frustrating experiences with some Uber drivers in Perth stopping in the middle of the road and causing traffic.
Because of these experiences, I've developed a very negative opinion. That's how I feel, based on what I've personally gone through.
