We're excited to showcase one of our latest projects where we transformed an unused roof space into a stunning attic conversion.
Our customer wanted to expand their home with a large activity room, home office, and storage room. We were able to create 50sqm of beautiful attic living space and 20sqm of additional storage.
The attic conversion seamlessly integrates with the home’s existing features. Highlights include a stunning staircase and an elegant archway on the ground floor.

* NEW ATTIC CONVERSION PROJECT *
Check out the photos from our latest attic conversion project in Baldivis.
In this attic project, the roof space was converted into a large double bedroom with ensuite, study nook, and an extra 10sqm of storage space.
The new addition also features large openable velux windows to allow for plenty of natural light and airflow into the room.

We just received new pictures from one of our recently completed second storey renovation project in Mount Lawley.
The customers had an existing empty space on their second floor and wanted to add a master bedroom with an open fireplace, large walk-in robe, double ensuite and storage room.
This project was designed and built to integrate seamlessly with the existing period style home.

* NEW SECOND STOREY ADDITION PROJECT *
We just received the photos from one of our recently completed second storey addition projects in Scarborough.
This project was a split level design, built over 65sqm and includes a large master bedroom with double ensuite and walking robe, a private home office and a space for a home gym.
The home extension was designed and built to match seamlessly with the existing home. We also built an attached carport, which helped to balance the home and new second storey from the street front.

Double shower goals 🙌. This stunning ensuite is part of second storey addition we built in Woodvale.
Our clients wanted to create a parents retreat with a lounge, large master bedroom and double walk-in robe and ensuite.
Our team recently completed this stunning attic conversion project in Mt Hawthorn.
This project was designed to turn the unused roof space into a large and bright home office space, leading to an extra bedroom and a beautiful bathroom.
The roof line was also extended into a dutch gable, which allowed to create a bay window in the bedroom.

Owned and operated by Andrew and Jake who have more than 37 years combined residential construction experience, 18 of which have been working together in the attic conversion industry in London and Perth.
ATTIC LIVING - Unlock unused space within your home and Increase the floor area of your house by converting your roof space into an additional living room, master bedroom, kids bedroom, playroom or man cave.
ATTIC STORAGE - Turn your roof space into a useable storage space. A place to keep all those belongings that are rarely used but so highly valued like Christmas decorations, camping gear, suit cases etc.
PRE-FABRICATED PODS - Pre-Fabricated pods are built off-site in a factory and arrive at your house ready to be craned on. It is a very time effective and convenient way to add an extra level to your home. Initial structural works can be completed in around a week, with very little disruption to the ground floor of your home.
The roof is cut out and the pod lowered into place over the course of a couple of days. From there, further works to complete the job such as staircase fitting, finish works and painting can be completed in a couple of weeks.
SECOND STOREY - Adding a second storey is the ultimate way to extend your home without sacrificing valuable land area. A1 Attics can completely transform an average single storey home into something exceptional by building a brand new second floor.
