Another highlight of why maintenance is so important.

Had a look at this evaporative unit and found the motor bearings to be on their way out. The fan was struggling to get going and almost completely seized!

Quick call to our supplier and new parts were ordered and installed, avoiding a critical breakdown when the weather is at its worst! 😎
