Signing your building contract is a big milestone, but what actually happens next? Here’s a simple breakdown of the journey from paperwork to site start 👇

📌 Step 1: Final working drawings
Your plans are refined and detailed to match your exact design, selections, and site requirements.

Structural engineering is completed and all required approvals are submitted to council and relevant authorities.

📌 Step 3: Site preparation
Once approvals are in place, the site is prepared, including clearing, leveling, and service connections.

We’re excited to share that roofing has officially started at our Nedlands extension project, with the team from Omega Roofing getting stuck into the next stage of the build.

The roof is a major milestone – it brings the structure to life, protects the work completed so far, and sets the tone for the finishes to come.
