Most bearing failures aren't bad luck. They're misaligned.
50% of premature bearing failures come down to shafts that were never properly aligned. The machine keeps running, the damage keeps building, and by the time something sounds wrong, it's already too late.
JEMS uses laser alignment on every single overhaul. Not because it's a nice-to-have. Because it's the difference between a pump that lasts 2 years and one that lasts 10.
