Smart cladding details that protect your home.

A high-performing cladding system relies on more than just the external finish. Behind the facade, a 35mm ventilated drainage cavity allows moisture to drain and promotes airflow, helping protect the building envelope over the long term.

This detail incorporates:
• 35mm vertical cavity battens
• Aluminium vermin mesh
• Fully sealed Pro Clima WRB
• PVC angle mesh support
• LOSP timber trim with moisture-shedding chamfer

Each component plays a critical role in moisture management, ventilation, durability, and long-term performance.

Thoughtful detailing behind the cladding helps create a more durable, weather-resilient home.

It’s been a hot (and sweaty) minute on site at Bassendean, getting our trendy little pod project underway in this tranquil garden setting. Slab down ✔️ using Holcim Ecopact low-carbon concrete, with framing commencing early in the new year.
