It’s been a hot (and sweaty) minute on site at Bassendean, getting our trendy little pod project underway in this tranquil garden setting. Slab down ✔️ using Holcim Ecopact low-carbon concrete, with framing commencing early in the new year.

Not all windows are created equal.
At our East Freo project, we worked with two frame types: timber and thermally broken aluminium.

Both offer excellent insulation, helping prevent heat transfer, condensation, and potential mould issues. The client loved the warmth and character of timber, but didn’t want the upkeep in areas exposed to harsh weather.

The solution? Timber frames in the sheltered spaces for that natural look, and thermally broken aluminium frames in exposed areas for durability and low maintenance. Best of both worlds.
