Check out this high-end kitchen we just finished in Bertram. 🧁

Our client runs a baking business and needed maximum space, so we removed the internal columns, knocked out the brick pantry, and reconfigured the plumbing from the island to the back wall.

We fixed a sagging ceiling, built custom shaker cabinets with stone benchtops, added a herringbone subway splashback, a farmhouse sink, gold fixtures, 2x new pantry spaces, and a large island.

A new barn door with custom shelving turned an empty nook into a linen cupboard, and we finished it with a full house repaint.

Forrestfield laundry, fully transformed. 🧺
We custom-built every cabinet from scratch, paired them with solid custom stone benchtops and a clean tile splashback. Under-cabinet LED strip lighting, dedicated robot vacuum dock, integrated cat litter tray, pull-out ironing board, and proper washing machine provisions.
Finished the space with ceiling patching and a brand new toilet window for better light and airflow.

We completely transformed this bathroom🛁 by changing the entire layout - removing the old window, bricking up the external face brick, and installing a new custom-made window in the new shower location. The space now features a walk-in shower with strip drain and upgraded mixer tap, a custom-made floating vanity with matching shaving mirror cabinet and LED under-lighting, new floor to ceiling tiles, a featured marble soap recess, heated towel rail, and a custom frameless shower screen. Clean, functional, and built properly.

Bay window squared off. Existing ensuite + walk-in robe demolished. Divider wall removed to create one massive his & hers walk-in robe with custom cabinetry.
Door blocked, new opening cut - former bedroom now the grand master ensuite: underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling tiles with feature walls, custom cabinetry & stone benchtops, large walk-in shower with frameless screen, heated towel rails, heat lamps, back-to-wall toilet, freestanding bath, new window + ceiling.

Jolimont exterior cladding 🔨
We removed the two original bay windows, one from the master bedroom and one from the living room. The bedroom opening was squared off, while the living room was extended outward for better light and space.
The entire house was then reclad using James Hardie AU Stria cladding, including new custom windows. Fresh paint on the cladding and the front porch + eaves finished with beautiful cedar lining.

Jolimont Living Room— Stage 2 conversion.
We knocked out multiple walls, blocked up sections, ripped out the old kitchenette, and replaced the back door with a big custom sliding door that completely opens the space up.
New ceilings, blocked-out windows, hanging TVs, fresh flooring, painted roof beams, and all the structural work to make it solid.
