Big progress on site at Southern River 🚧

GMF Civil have hit the ground running, with bulk earthworks and sewer works now nearing completion. Not your standard project—navigating a high water table, deep sewer connections, and working alongside existing services and public access has kept the team on their toes.

Expanding the GMF Fleet🙌

GMF is pleased to welcome two new Caterpillar wheel loaders to our fleet — the CAT 950 Wheel Loader and the CAT 938 Wheel Loader – 100 Year Anniversary Edition.

In recognition of GMF’s continued investment in Caterpillar equipment and our strong relationship with the brand, we were given the opportunity to purchase one of the limited-edition CAT 938 centenary loaders, released to celebrate 100 years of Caterpillar.

Finished in a distinctive heritage grey rather than the iconic CAT yellow, the anniversary model honours a century of engineering innovation and the equipment that has supported construction and earthmoving projects around the world.

Alongside this commemorative machine, the addition of the CAT 950 Wheel Loader further strengthens our fleet, ensuring our teams have reliable, high-performance equipment to support operations across our projects.

A proud addition to the GMF fleet and a great way to recognise a milestone in Caterpillar’s history.
