Ride for Sick Kids WA 2026 has raised $445,662 for WA families

The annual Ride for Sick Kids WA saw a peloton of 27 dedicated riders cycle just over 500KM from the South West of WA to Perth.

This outstanding result ensures we can continue to help families access the medical care and resources they need when a child is ill or injured.

A special mention to our Founding and Forever Partner McDonald's who raised significant funds through individual fundraising and the $2 Bike fundraiser in McDonald’s stores across WA.

CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY LODGED! 🎉

Another successful Design & Construct project delivered by Tydan Constructions.

We're proud to announce that the Certificate of Occupancy has now been lodged for the Eglinton center—delivered on time and on budget.

These are more than just project milestones; they reflect the planning, collaboration and commitment of every person involved in bringing this project to life.

The center will soon be handed over to our valued client, Aspire Early Education. We sincerely thank the Aspire team for placing their trust in Tydan Constructions. It has been a privilege to deliver a modern, purpose-built facility that will provide a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment for the children and families of the Eglinton community for many years to come.

Contract Award – GYG Baldivis

Tydan Constructions is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the new build contract for GYG Baldivis.

Following the successful completion of GYG Ellenbrook, we are grateful for the opportunity to deliver another exciting project for the GYG team.
In addition to the base building works, Tydan Constructions has also been awarded the fit-out package, allowing us to deliver the entire project under a streamlined construction approach.

This integrated delivery model will help ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency throughout the build.

Proud moment for the team at Tydan — we are excited to announce the award of our 14th NIDO Early School project.

Located in Dalyellup, this new centre has been awarded as a Design & Construct project and, following an extensive design process, we are pleased to confirm that full building approval has now been received and construction is officially underway.

We’re grateful for the continued trust from our valued client and the NIDO team, and we look forward to delivering another successful project together.

Delivering Faster ROI Through Smarter Construction:

When it comes to investment, ROI (Return on Investment) is a critical consideration for every investor and developer. At Tydan Construction, we understand that while price is often the deciding factor on a project, savvy investors also ask an equally important question: how long until the return begins?
At Tydan Constructions, we have built our reputation on delivering quality projects within shorter timeframes. Our ability to complete projects efficiently—without compromising on quality—is one of the key factors that sets us apart from other builders.
A strong example of this is our current project, Beeliar Childcare.
Delivered as a Design and Construct project from a simple Development Approval drawing set, we have taken the project from building licence approval on 15 September 2025 to lock-up stage in just a matter of months.
What makes this achievement even more impressive is that Beeliar Childcare is a two-storey build on a compact “postage stamp” site, creating a range of logistical and construction challenges throughout the process.
Despite these constraints, the project remains on track for completion by the end of May, achieving an impressive 34-week construction program.

Tydan Construction’s ability to deliver projects in shorter timeframes comes from our extensive experience, having successfully completed more than 30 childcare centres. This experience allows us to streamline construction, value engineer the build process and identify efficiencies that ultimately benefit our clients.

The advantages of delivering projects sooner are significant. For Tydan Construction, shorter build times reduce preliminary costs, enabling us to provide a more competitive and value-for-money price. More importantly, it allows our clients to realise their ROI earlier through rental income, occupancy, and business turnover.

CONTRACT AWARD – BELMONT SQUASH COURTS
The true measure of a business is often the strength of its relationships.
Over 30 years ago, I was fortunate to begin my construction career at Highline Constructions as a 20-year-old architectural draftsperson.
More than three decades later, that early opportunity—and the relationship built with the Director, who is now a member of the club—has come full circle. Tydan Constructions is proud to have been awarded the contract to deliver the new extension to the Belmont Squash Courts.
After months of value engineering to ensure the project aligned with available government funding, we’re pleased to confirm the building license has been issued and works have now commenced on site.
Looking forward to bringing this project to life and sharing progress along the way.

🎉 PROJECT COMPLETE – ALDI Haynes 🎉
As Managing Director of Tydan Constructions, I often reflect that construction is a journey filled with highs and lows—challenges and rewards. I’m proud to say that the delivery of ALDI Haynes sits firmly among the highs and is a project that brings real satisfaction and pride.
There are moments in this role when the best decision you can make is to trust your team—to step back, let them do what they do best, make the tough calls, and stand by them. ALDI Haynes was one of those moments.
From the outset, the contract program was considered achievable, but ALDI challenged us with a simple question: “Can we do better?” As our first ALDI project, there was understandable caution. However, our Project Team—those on the frontline—had the confidence, experience, and commitment to back themselves. They knew that if they made the promise, it had to be delivered.
And deliver they did.
The team successfully accelerated the program by four weeks, completing the project on time and exactly as promised. This achievement is even more impressive given the unexpected challenges along the way, including unsuitable clay requiring off-site removal and persistent torrential rain—conditions that tested the program but never the team’s resolve.
This result is a true credit to everyone involved. A huge thank you to the ALDI team, the architect, and our contractors—including several we worked with for the first time and look forward to partnering with again.
An outstanding team effort and a project we are incredibly proud to put our name to. 👏
