✨ We’re Hiring for a Work From Home Admin Role ✨
We’re a small Perth based business looking for a reliable admin assistant to support our day to day operations.
This is a work from home role, perfect for someone available during school hours or needing a flexible setup. Due to the phone based nature of the position, a quiet, distraction free workspace is required during working hours. If this doesn’t suit your current set up, this position may not be the right fit.
Hours: Approx. 9 hours per week to begin (3 hours per day, 3 days per week Monday, Wednesday, Friday). We are busier in summer, so hours will increase as needed.
The role includes:
- Answering phone calls and speaking with customers
- Responding to emails
- Sending invoices and quotes
- Liaising with trades and our head admin
- General admin support
- Using Ascora job management software
- Social media monitoring
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is organised and reliable
- Communicates confidently with customers
- Can work independently from home
- Has basic admin/computer skills (experience with Ascora is a bonus, but not essential)
Pay: Casual position under the Private Clerks Award. Hourly rate depending on experience (approx. $34+/hr)
Must be based in Perth (SOR preferred but not essential)
