A Thermann 125L electric storage hot water unit 🔥🔥🔥 in replacement of a 3 phase Wilson Super X.

This replacement means the client can now have more than 1 tap going at once, with hot water at every outlet at full mains water pressure.
Compared to the limited 1 outlet use at a time, and low water pressure of a Super X.

Stack repair work today.
The original plumbers illegally connected the relief vent and ran the bottom of the sewer stack like a slippery slide, which is causing the apartment above to suck traps dry leaving a sewer smell throughout their apartment.
I’ll be rerouting her en-suite and main drains and installing a separate connection to the relief vent.
