Family living under roof and 100sqm of grass out by the huge alfresco for the kids to enjoy ✨

Clients came to us with what looks to be an irregular shaped block, as it skews out on an angle from frontage. Where R-Code setbacks place the front width of the home at 13m.

We sat down for weeks with this plan, the clients wanted a foyer at their entry, they have 2 children and wanted space for the kids to grow.

This is a family home, they see this as their long term investment.
