We’re proud to shine a light on another one of our team members, Josh Hoycard! 👏
Josh joined CPD as a Trade Assistant back in July 2022 before stepping into a Mature Age Apprenticeship later that year. Through hard work and dedication, he has now officially completed his apprenticeship as of April 2026.

Even better, Josh is continuing his journey with CPD as a qualified Carpenter!
This is what CPD is all about, creating pathways, supporting growth, and building long-term careers within our team.

For the NEXTDC P2 project in Malaga, smarter thinking started long before installation day. By shifting critical façade components into an off-site prefabrication process, the team was able to improve safety, streamline delivery, and reduce pressure in one of the most challenging site environments.

The result is a faster, safer, and more controlled way to deliver complex construction outcomes, proving that the best solutions often come from rethinking the process, not just the product.

We wanted to shine a light on one of our newest tradesmen, Joshua Blair!

Joshua started his apprenticeship with CPD back in 2024 and has just officially graduated.
After gaining experience across both our regional and Metro teams, he’s continuing on with CPD as a qualified tradesman 🔧
This is what CPD is about, building skills, growing careers, and creating long-term opportunities within our team.
