Balcony renovation. 🏠
Our client has a balcony that needed TLC.
The timber decking boards were split, the overhead roof sheets were well past their best and the framework needed a bit of reinforcing, although mostly strong.

We got to work.
The “new” balcony has new composite decking boards, new H4 flooring framework, new roofing including a gutter- it didn’t originally have one - and we installed a new aluminium privacy screen to comply with current design standards.

The client is delighted 🤩 and we are too.

With the framework already in place and in good condition, we suggested re-decking with a low maintenance decking board.
The result is a perfect! The colour matches the house paint and best of all, no more oiling!! 😀

Our clients had an old timber deck that needed replacement. Living 1 street away from the beach it coped the full brunt of the weather.

We took up the old boards, reinforced the frame and installed composite decking boards that make the house pop and give the entrance to the home a warm feel.

They’re thrilled and we are too. 😃

Our clients were looking for a smooth and clean outdoor living area with a good slip rating and low maintenance features. Trex composite decking was their choice and it’s perfect for its durability and beautiful colour. With stylish picture framing and mitred edges, the deck is now a feature in our clients backyard.
