Look what just showed up in our inbox... our customer who wishes to remain anonymous just sent this through to us via email. A little teary eyed in the shop today.
"If you are in the market for a spa for fun, exercise or physical hydrotherapy, MegaSpa is the place to go and people to see. I needed something at home to allow me to undertake hydrotherapy for physical disability resulting from spinal and nerve damage. Driving to a hydrotherapy pool was becoming difficult because sitting in a car was becoming more and more painful.

I chose the Hydromax ss3900. The model has an area large enough to exercise in comfortably and provide enough space for me to undertake the full range of exercises I was doing in the commercial hydrotherapy pool.
The service provided by Narelle, Darren, Em and the rest of their team was incredible. They listened to what I required and made suggestions as to the best options to provide that. No hard sell, just advice when asked for and suggestions if I was unsure. They amended the spa design to allow for the addition of decking without interfering with access to the spa equipment. The installation of the spa was efficient and once again, they listened to what I required and provided what I desired rather than expecting me to accept a “you get what you are given” scenario.
All costs were upfront and there were no hidden fees.
