⚡ Our owners are BIG on training and mentoring our young people and WE’RE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT APPRENTICE! ⚡
Northern Valleys Electrical – Chittering, WA
We’re on the lookout for a motivated, hardworking individual who genuinely wants to become an electrician and build a career in the electrical trade.
We’re not looking for someone who’s just doing it because Mum, Dad or someone else thinks it’s a good career choice.
We want someone who actually WANTS to be an electrician!
Someone who’s curious about how things work, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, asks questions, shows initiative and takes pride in their work.
🔧 What we’re looking for:
* A genuine passion and interest in the electrical trade.
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
* Someone reliable, punctual and motivated.
* A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Someone who can take direction and isn’t afraid of hard work.
* Must have their own reliable transport.
* Must be willing and able to travel to Chittering, every day for work.
⚡ What’s on offer?
We’re looking at a potential start in early 2027, initially with a three-month paid trial period, with the opportunity to transition into a formal first-year electrical apprenticeship if things go well.
You’ll get hands-on experience working alongside qualified electricians across a variety of electrical jobs, learning real skills in a working environment.
We don’t expect you to know everything. That’s our job to teach you.
But we do expect you to turn up on time, have a crack, listen, learn and put in the effort.
At Northern Valleys Electrical, we believe in investing in the next generation of tradespeople. We’re happy to put the time and effort into training someone who’s willing to put that same effort into themselves.
Attitude and work ethic will always matter more to us than what’s written on a résumé.
📩 Interested?
Send us a email introducing yourself, tell us a little about your background and, most importantly, why YOU want to become an electrician.
