It’s been a massive week on our Trigg CLT Haus. While we didn’t quite get the roof on, we’re stoked with what our team has achieved. A huge thanks to CLT guru Andreas for his guidance throughout the build.

The progress has been incredible, and we can’t wait to share the finished photos and videos with you soon.

Mass timber. Passivhaus performance. Meet the Trigg CLT Haus.

We’re approved, we’re onsite, and our CLT is currently on the water from Austria. Over the next few months this mass timber structure will be standing tall, looking out over the Indian Ocean.

Beautifully designed by the talented team at DWC Studio, this bespoke residence is built differently:

End of the year and the end of an amazing project 🙌
Railway Rd is officially handed over. Stoked to get our clients into their new home before Christmas 🎄

A few days before handover the clients generously put on some drinks for the Saltus and MDC teams. A huge thank you for the trust you placed in us. It was an absolute pleasure working with you on such a special home.

Big thanks to for bringing us on board. A real honour to collaborate on this one, we’re already looking forward to the next 👀

Massive shout-out to the Saltus crew for the hard work and craftsmanship throughout this project and the year. Special mention to on completing his first full build as a site supervisor. After 5+ years with Saltus and stepping into the supervisor role 18 months ago, this was his first project from start to finish. Huge effort 👏

Thanks to all the trades and suppliers who helped bring this home to life.
