We are hiring!
Seeking a LABOURER, T/A or APPRENTICE.

We are a family owned small roofing business, located in the Perth hills.
Looking for a labourer for a casual roll, between 36- 50hrs per week.

We are also keen to take on anyone that would like an apprenticeship in this industry!!

Hourly rate ranging from $28/hr, depending on previous experience.
Weekly pay!

Own ABN preferred, and we are happy to put the right person onto wages with superannuation.

Applicant must have:
-Own transport and licence.
-be confident working at heights
-be capable of manual labour, including comfortably lifting 20kgs.

Experience preferred, but training will be regularly provided on site daily.

Our work includes:
-new metal roof sheeting
-building patios
-building sheds
-replacing gutters and downpipes on homes.
-general roofing maintenance.

Majority of our work is based around the Perth hills (Midland to Mundaring), but we do occasionally do work all over the metro area.

Great potential to create a career in the construction industry!!

Another tile to tin reroof completed in the hills. Existing tiles removed from the main roof area, tie-downs and hardware installed to meet engineer requirements and the building permit specifications. Ceiling batts and anticon insulation installed, and then a gorgeous “Colorbond Basalt” roof installed. The end result came up mint! Now all this house needs is an update on the existing veranda sheets around the house replaced and she will be an absolute beauty!

Here is a roof we replaced late in 2021. All of the existing clay tiles were removed, new steel battens installed, roof tie downs and triple grips to meet engineer specs. New anticon insulation to the entire roof area, with new colorbond roof sheeting to give the old girl a new lease on life!

A stylish poolside patio. We built this snazzy little poolside hangout late in 2021. All from powdercoated RHS steel and “quickscreen” aluminium slats for the screening for added privacy from the neighbours. All materials supplied by Stratco. Very happy clients indeed!
