Great news for my awesome client Shane who’s finance and home plans have all been approved. ✅
It’s now construction time to build his beautiful 4x2 with a kitchen scullery, study and full inclusions. 🙌🏻
Shane will be in his new home before Xmas ready to enjoy the end of year festivities. 😀

Te Kani- the King of his castle!
I love receiving photos with my clients all settled in to their new homes.
It was awesome helping TK go through the building process, seeing the final result and also seeing him receive his keys.
