We’re inviting people across the WA electrical industry to take part in a short survey to help shape practical, real-world improvements for women in the trade.
While this survey is open to everyone, we’re particularly seeking input from men in the industry. Men make up the majority of the workforce and play an important role in shaping workplace culture, opportunities, and day-to-day experiences.
Your perspective will help us better understand:

🔹 How men can be better supported to act as allies in the workplace
