After a negative experience over the past 7 weeks dealing with multiple mains blockage that had been unresolved with other contractors i called Michael distraught in the late evening about sewage contaminates backing up in my bathrooms and toilets. He was reassuring on the phone, providing clear explanation on what he was able to do to sort the problem out. He gave over the phone advice to help avoid the after hours call out fee. His team arrived the next day, and within a very short time of arriving was able to diagnose the problem - which was far greater than we expected - they provided alternative options of what could be done and were honest and transparent about works needing to be carried out to conpletely resolve the issue instead on continuous bandaid repairs. They were able to carry out the work on the same day, which included milling scale build up to prevent further blockages. They communicated clearly throughout completing the job with status updates. The team were respectful throughout and cleaned up the areas they were working in. I was most impressed that when i recieved the invoice describing scope of works I was also provided with video and images with explanations of what had been done for record keeping and awareness.The only negative is they only work with blocked drains, so I hope to never see them again, however would happily use there service and recommend without a doubt.
