Beyond words…group of 6 apartments completed 5yrs ago in 🇦🇺 . Builder no longer around. Water leaking into all apartments. Why? Ignoring building 101; no step down to outdoor courtyards, no weep holes or air vents to external walls, faulty workmanship in waterproofing (external and internal), windows installed backwards…we could go on. But now the current owners are left with a huge bill to rectify, or put up with low rents, damage to internal finishes and health issues.
