A team is only as strong as its weakest link.

Lucky for me, I’ve got a bloody solid crew. 💪

This week, not everything went to plan. With the schedule this side of Christmas already tight, I asked the boys if they’d be up for working Saturday to keep us on track.

They didn’t hesitate. Straight into the trenches with me.

Appreciate the effort, boys. I couldn’t do it without you. 🍻

A shell of a transformation down in Bouvard! 🦀🔥

285m² of custom Ultraflake with mango swirl highlights, giving this shed a whole new look.

From grinding and preparing the concrete to laying the flakes and sealing it all in—there’s plenty of work underneath that finish. 💪

Stoked with how this one came up. Watch it come together! 👌

It’s great to see more people embracing epoxy throughout their homes.
When we started out, it was mainly warehouses, commercial floors and garages. These days we’re seeing it used more and more throughout the entire home.
This one is Ice on White. 👌
Plenty of colours and finishes to choose from. Reach out to WA Epoxy Flooring for a free quote.

Putting a bit of lipstick on this pig 🐷💄

We had our work cut out for us on this one 😂

Polishing isn’t something we do a heap of these days, but it was good to mix it up and get back behind the machines.
A few monster days over the long weekend to get this one turned around.

Big thanks to the team for putting in the hours, and the boys from Coat It WA for jumping in and helping us get it done. 👌

Only real installers know what this angle tells you 👀
Take a photo of a flake floor looking back towards the shed doorway, and that natural light will show up every imperfection in the finish.
If it still looks this good from here, you know you’ve laid a bloody nice floor. 👌

We’d tell you where this is, but apparently the government has classified the floor as a matter of national security. 😂
Easily the most over-engineered flooring system we’ve ever been part of—layers on layers, coving, slip ratings, inspections and enough paperwork to cover the floor twice.
It threw plenty at us, but we got it over the line—and it came up bloody mint.

Don’t tell anyone… but I bought a Ryobi. 🤫
We’ve got a heap of coving coming up, and anyone who’s flaked coving knows how tedious and slow-going it can be.
So we decided to experiment with one of these battery-powered seed spreaders to see if we could speed the process up.
Turns out, the bloody thing works an absolute treat. 😂
Faster application, more consistent coverage, and it’s going to seriously cut down our install times when we’ve got metres and metres of coving to get through.
Now we just have to see whether the little Ryobi can handle hanging out in the trailer with all his Milwaukee mates. 👀
Work smarter, not harder.

We don't do guesswork.
Every component of every flooring system is measured, calculated, and applied to specification.
Whether it's slip-resistant aggregates, coating thickness, or coverage rates, every step is done with precision to achieve the required performance—not by eye.
Because when it comes to commercial flooring, compliance and consistency matter.
