as a small professional team, jason saunders and nicole tollman have over 20 years experience and offer a personalised, individual design service. we are committed to design excellence and pride ourselves on innovative solutions that are tailored to the clients’ requirements. each project reflects the individuality of the client, their lifestyle as well as the location of the site. our scope of wo

rks includes private residences, unit developments and renovations. our focus is not only on the built form and interior fit out, but the landscape that forms an integral part to creating a harmonious linkage between these three disciplines. appropriate design and orientation, complementing the surrounding environment, as well as the implementation of energy efficiency principles are incorporated into the design strategy.

RECOGNITION
It was unexpected, but an honour to be recognised at last nights BDAWA design awards for our project in North Perth, which was the winner in 2 categories.

A big thankyou to the builder Michael from and his team of trades and suppliers as well as Jason from for the above ground pool and all other suppliers involved, who strived to execute a high level of detail warranted for this special project.

It was a privilege to be part of the team, and for that a huge thanks goes to our clients M & L for entrusting us to create something special for them.

It also comes after we were notified that the won a ‘highly commended award at the national 2020 TDIA awards.

A new renovation in Mt Hawthorn.
While is was important to maintain the existing character home, this new rear addition has been designed to pay homage to the original while creating it own character.

Currently Under Construction
This new Pool House with its roof terrace and above ground concrete pool situated in North Perth is making good progress in its construction phase.
Together with Michael from this project
with its detail and ex*****on is turning out to be one of our favourites.
We are all looking forward to the end result in the coming weeks.

SITE PROGRESS.
meeting of old and new with the introduction of recycled, upcycled and repurposed materials, has been the ethos behind the project.
now in its final stages, the attention to detail and application is now starting to shine thru.
with such passionate and dedicated clients .project , the evolution has made for a fantastic project to be involved with.

AWARD NIGHT.
We were surprised and very thankful to have won two awards at last nights awards, for our
Best small lot design and the James Hardie award.
We are truely honoured.
Congratulations to all the other winner and finalists on the night and to the organisers for a great event.
Thankyou again to capturing the house so beautifully and to for a fantastic build.
