Hello Loyal friends and customers.
I would like to apologize to those of you who have received the "friendly reminder" email about unpaid invoices, even when you have paid.
The new software is a bit gung ho.
Good news is, we have our best guy working on it.
Bad news is, our 'best guy' is me.
Also, please get in touch if we have not responded in a timely matter about your plumbing request. We'd hate to lose you during this swap over period.
