Works carried out at Roleystone IGA.
Contracted works:
Works to be conducted out of business hours.
Remove existing failed bulkhead, resecured dropped ceiling, design and build new metal ceiling system, (To Western Australian Standards), enclose with 10mm plasterboard, tape and flush ready for seal and painting by Vibrant Visions painting service.
All works completed on time and on budget.

Sand finish rendering,
3 coat system:
1) Scratch Coat, stops cracking and brick mortar from leaching through.
2) Float Coat, sett screeds to achieve a straight smooth finish.
3) Skim Coat, to add consistence through out areas.
All materials used are to Austrian Standards and specifications
