Client needed a new drain installed. Had a large 4WD so requested a job that would last.
100mm Concrete footing with reo bar under drain and concrete either side to provide extra strength.
Corrected the original paving mistake and installed a header course against the drain.
This drain will never move.

Recycled old pavers supplied by client. Pavers were various thickness but got the job done.
These builds are definitely the most enjoyable aspect of my job. Happy days.

For all your handyman needs.
Some recent work carried out by Baileys Property Maintenance.
Pine Lap Fence and steps for a client in Bayswater. Both client and neighbour happy.
Filled the steps as a temporary measure with a Road Base a Cement mix for secure footing so the kids don't slip. Once the client has decided on decking for the entry to house the steps will be covered with the same decking.
