Another Elgrand build finished for the folks down at Auto Japan. Side door slide out kitchen, heaps of storage in the rear with room for a 30L fridge drawer and still spacious inside. Pop in to see them if you’re looking for a ready to go camper.

We’ve asked to build a few different fit outs for Nissan Elgrands. We have three variations in the works this is the first based on a universal camper which will fit into just about any van with 1100W between the wheel arches. This one we modified to suit the Elgrands floor and shape. We also made a marine ply floor with fuel pump access.

We have just finished this 300 hiace commuter for the folks over at Indiocean campervan hire. This van has it all, plenty of room, heaps of storage, 30L fridge and 30L freezer. Slide out seating and table at the back for lazy afternoons watching the sun go down. If you fancy a week away it will soon be available for hire.

This is as far as we go with the ford transit for now, it arrived as a started project. We have insulated it, lined the ceiling and walls with marine ply, built a bulkhead wall, framed out the windows and added some overhead cabinets.

We have done some renovations on this van. Unfortunately the customer purchased it from over east and it was plagued with issues.

We installed the bulkhead wall storage made with door access. New kitchen, bench seat with storage and came up with a step cabinet as a solution for helping climb up into the existing bed.

Still a way off being finished but our work here is done for now.

A universal kitchen added to a Hiace today. There are a great option as either a DIY install or fully installed option. 1500L x 400W x 800H.

Slide out kitchen on 125kg rated runners and access to the side out from inside too. With plenty of storage for all the essentials for either a weekend away or permanent van life.

We are in the process of converting a Ford Transit now. The customer had made a start, saw one of conversions out and about and decided to bring hers in for a professional fitout.

Corkon and R7 earthwool will make sure the temperature inside stays as comfortable as possible.

A full house of hiaces in the workshop. SWB, LWB and SLWB all getting Corkon spray on insulation. Corkon is everything you could possibly want for insulating your vehicle. Lightweight, sound deadener, thermal bridge, mould resistant, no condensation and makes the interior of a tired van look brand new again. Stay tuned for the camper conversions coming up.

Some updates on our commuter build, the Corkon insulation has been applied, marine ply floor laid, acoustic panel ceiling installed and the walls lined. We added extra earthwool insulation in the walls and the customer requested the windows be blocked out. They are lined with foam insulation with earthwool over the top. This van is seriously insulated! Cabinetry is all built and ready to be installed.
