It’s always good to go back to work at previous clients houses and I was delighted to go back to this lovely couples house to do the main bathroom in it’s also unusual for me to not move anything around every fixture stayed where it was

is where you will find my latest renovation. Really happy with the end result. Had an issue with the bulkhead over the shower so we decided to take down the toilet wall and flip it also a common issue is the door opening into the room so we moved the opening and added a barn door from west_coast_barn_doors the plumbing products all supplied by regalconceptdesign including the stunning vertical heated towel rails from radiantaustralia

marksbathrooms is where you find this stunning ensuite renovation this room is so big !!!! The open plan ensuite with separate toilet looks stunning with these 600 × 600 porcelain tiles from a bit tricky matching up the corners but looks so much better doing it this way. The beautiful vanity from is the show piece in this room with the stone up stand... this room oozes class, now on to the other bathroom 😊👍

Finished photos of our dog wash station. Couldn't have managed this without the help of in particular Dave S for the amazing thermo sheet shower base which I converted to the base in this station.... along with their themo sheet boards thanks Dave, and Shaun S in Joondalup for the wonderful tiles in 1200 x 600 thanks Shaun. for their stunning pull out laundry mixer tap and finally for the non slip shower mat.

is where you’ll find this recently renovated main floor and kitchen splash back.
The main floor are 1200 x 600 tiles from a stunning range from in Joondalup go very well to modernise this home in Mindarie. The two corridors were 900 mm wide so I told client to get the 1200’s 😗 with no joint up the corridors the finish was stunning complemented with the subway wall tiles on the splash back.
When trying to measure awkward cuts (plenty on this job😂) it was back to the old school with the cardboard see last photo.

is where you will find the latest completed reno. This has become a familiar footprint in recent times delete the bath, brick up part of the window, move the shower to a walk in shower (also future proofing) which then gives room for a decent size wall hung vanity. I had some stone made for the top of the nib wall which I find is such a nice finish.
I also tiled the hallway off the bathroom and did a partial Reno on the laundry / toilet came up pretty well !!!

I can confirm this is a serious warm bathroom getting ready for the cold nights…. The undertile heating is the winner in this remodel in when I walked in this morning you could feel the heat rising the heating goes right into the shower complemented by the heated towel rail that works off a dual digital thermostat all from this ensuite will have no glass hence the stunning waterfall ends on this vanity where we added the stone ourselves. The stone “floating” shelf too is stunning and not too intrusive in the open shower this is a real high end renovation finished off with the stunning barn door which replaced the opening in original door.

Delighted to see how this massive ensuite in turned out with its high ceilings this ensuite had to have the grandeur look and it didn’t disappoint. The brushed gold plumbing fixtures and the stunning bath from sets it off along with the beautiful porcelain 600 x 600 tiles from nicely finished off with the reeded shower panel from the nice guys

2/2 Tricky one this had to take out the long 3 pane of glass to shorten for a new window from and the clients wanted to add a toilet into this family bathroom. Again stunning choices in this old bathroom in loving the matte finishes on the bath and sink from along with the same theme French 600 x 600 tiles from accompanied with the 100 x 100 feature tiles to set off the LED mirror really happy with the finish it was well worth the hard work all the lads put in 👏

Absolute pleasure working for this family on their laundry and bathroom transformation in
This laundry/toilet has had a complete overhaul from adding a concrete pad to moving the toilet into the small linen cupboard that had to be extended closing it off to the new laundry which doubles up as a vanity for use after the simply stunning feature here a whole shower room made from the toilet room with it’s ceiling rainmaker shower head completed with this WAW!! Reeded 10mm glass panel door all the tiles including the French made 600 x 600 tiles from
This room now has two functions a working laundry and a shower room after a run or a swim is ideal……. Think 🤔 this may catch on as it adds a lot of value to the home.
